Rep. Young Statement on Ways and Means passage of Trade Promotion Authority, African trade preferences04/23/15
On Thursday evening, the House Ways and Means passed H.R. 1890, the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act, a bill that would grant trade promotion authority (TPA) to the Obama administration as they negotiate two major trade deals.
